Conflict and unawareness are obstacles to compatibility. Learn life skills to help you become more aware of your triggers that lead you to frustrations in relationships.

When we run from our story we miss out on discovering true intimacy, belonging and joy in relationships. Our classes are designed to help you embrace vulnerability and learn about living with your whole heart. You will become aware of what holds you back from experiencing honest and safe conversations.
